Visualizing Your Vision: Our 3D Drawing Expertise
At Designworx, we understand the importance of clarity and precision in every stage of your building project. That's why we offer comprehensive 3D drawing services to bring your ideas to life and ensure seamless communication throughout the process.
When translating 2D drawings from architects into 3D renderings, questions and concerns often arise. Our expertise in creating detailed 3D drawings allows us to address these queries effectively, minimizing potential setbacks and costly mistakes.
Pre-construction, our 3D drawings play a crucial role in facilitating clear communication and problem-solving. By visualizing the project in three dimensions, we can identify and resolve design issues with architects and engineers before construction begins, ultimately ensuring that the client's expectations are met and exceeded.
Our capabilities extend beyond designing kitchens and interiors; we use 3D drawings as a powerful tool to collaborate with professionals and ensure the success of your project. By investing in thorough planning and problem-solving at the design phase, we help you avoid unnecessary expenses and achieve exceptional results.

Drafting
As a builder myself, many architectural plans did not meet my level of satisfaction. To overcome this issue, I started learning SKETCHUP software so that both myself and staff could draw up plans more efficiently while understanding them better when viewed through their three-dimensional visualization capabilities. In addition to improving our drawing techniques using SketchUp software , we aim at bringing all architectural details together within our plans making things easier.
I'm aware of what methods are complicated or difficult (meaning expensive) as well; thus avoiding internal gutters or flat roofs where possible is essential when designing appropriate building solutions.
My plans aim at providing you with clear insight into your final product's design while also ensuring builders can understand precisely what needs doing throughout each stage clearly.
Getting Consent
To obtain consent for any project typically requires several steps: First off is visiting your site location where you can express what you envision being done; sometimes advising whether it would require consent or suggesting ways that may avoid needing one altogether thereby saving money if possible.
Next comes creating concept drawings showcasing your vision without too much detail which will be reviewed until they satisfy everyone involved before drafting officially starts satisfying council requirements often involving an engineer if necessary beyond standard solutions provided by existing construction standards such as 3604 Building Standards). Lastly comes lodging consent applications at Council offices followed closely by Question & Answer sessions (RFIs- Request For Information) lasting between one-three months based on complexity levels associated with various projects under consideration.
